I have always been overweight! Since a child I remember dieting. I have tried no calories, no carbs, lotts of working out, not eating and anything imaginable! Fot the first time in my life I am losing quickly and eating right. I love HCG. I swear by it. This is my second week. I have lost 16 lbs and so excited to do another phase. I started at 197lbs and now I am at 181. Nothing feels better the successs! There are so many fun recipes also. How could you get bored. I mean when was the last time you could have onion rings on a diet!! HCG baby! :) (Onion rings/hcg- Crunched up daily serving of melba crackers, one egg white, 100G of onions and the oven) :)
